Teen classes give teens ages 12 to 17 a vigorous, fun fitness program they can enjoy with their peers.

Our approach helps everyone, regardless of athletic ability, develop healthy living habits and a sense of their body as graceful and strong.

As adolescents grapple with that place between childhood and adulthood, our program helps them learn to set appropriate boundaries and use their voices effectively. They also learn important skills in violence prevention and conflict resolution that can help them during their school years and beyond.
